WoW has lots of modes of transportation to get a player around. There are zeppelins, sailing vessels, personal mounts, a players hearthstone and a tram

…Zeppelins and boats are free with no level limits. Zeppelins are for Horde players taking them from Orgrimmar to Tirisfal (outside Undercitys gates), Gromgol and Warsong Hold in Northend. They also go from Tirisfal to Gromgol and Vengeance Landing, also in Northend.

Alliance boats take players from Stormwind Harbor to Auberdine and now to Valiance Keep in Northend. Auberdine boats go to Ruttheran and to Valaars Berth. Menethil Harbor boats go to Theramore Isle and in Northend they stop at Valgarde. Alliance players can take Deeprun Tram between Stormwind and Ironforge to avoid the snow and killer creatures. Some modes of transportation are neutral. Horde and Alliance players can take the same boat or giant sea turtle to the contested areas where both factions quest.
Flight Masters save your sandals from miles of walking between places. Each faction has its own set of flying creatures. The cost depends on the distance you want to fly. If youre going from one side of the continent to the other it can be over…

…WoW has 10 races, five for each faction. The Alliance races are the Draenei, Dwarves, Gnomes, Humans, and Night Elves. The Horde spawned the Blood Elves, Orcs, Taurens, Trolls and Undead. Each race has its own special strengths which help to improve the class and professions a player chooses. The race you pick will show what the bonuses are for each one and what classes are available for you to choose.
The Draenei get a bonus to the jewelcrafting skill, have a racial healing, improved chance to hit their enemies and they can resist Shadow spells. Dwarves get Stoneform, Gun Specialization, Frost Resistance and Find Treasure. Gnomes have Escape Artist, Expand Mind, resist Arcane spells and get a bonus to engineering. Humans detect Stealth more easily, get an increase in Spirit, gain Reputation faster, get a bonus with swords and maces and can keep their movement from being impaired. Night Elves enjoy the racial bonuses of Shadowmeld, Elusiveness, Quickness, Wisp Spirit and resist Nature spells.

Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, Engineering, Leatherworking, Tailoring, Jewelcrafting and Inscription are the Primary Crafting professions. A Service profession is when you can change an items properties not its identity, so most professions overlap.

Alchemists make potions, elixirs and at higher levels, transmute essences and metals. Blacksmiths make more than just weapons and armor, they make keys, provide temporary buffs to weapons and can make sockets for jewels.
Enchanters give attributes, powers and properties to equipable items and disenchant items for their magic components. Engineers make ammo, mechanical critters, scopes, and lots more items that can be as fun as they are useful.
A Leatherworker will be able to create armor kits, leather armor and mail from various hides…
